Purchased credits never expire, and a failed job never costs a credit.

Does the AI change my product?

Never. AI only paints the empty background or the area you brush. Your original pixels are placed back on top.

Can I switch from remove.bg?

Yes. Point your integration at api.nukebg.com/v1.0/removebg and swap the key. Same parameters, same response headers.

What happens to my files?

Originals are deleted after 24 hours and results after your plan's retention window. We never train on your images.
